Had breakfast at Mama’s Royal Cafe-one of my old haunts with an old friend today. We had a great conversation about the star of the world, the role consciousness, and what we can and should do. Later, I had a rehearsal @counterpulse for my upcoming show at #WeavingSpirits. It’s a 3-day Two Spirit Festival. Tomorrow I will be offering my monthly Women of Color Medicine Series cereclass at @yogaloveoakland. An exciting week in the Bay! Are you wanting to do some visioning for 2020 and learn about some techniques for looking into the future? Come to our ceremony/class this Friday at 7 PM. Tuition: $30 I don’t know how I would live my life if I didn’t have the ability to vision and get questions about my life from a higher source. With everything going on in our country right now, we need to get some clarity!
